SB,SBD Series Safety Brakes

應用:液壓(緊急)製動器，是一種使用在低（dī）速軸(卷筒軸)上的大功率製動裝置，可廣

泛用於大中型起重機、港口（kǒu）裝卸機械起升以及臂架府仰機構低速軸的緊急製動。礦用

卷揚機、提升機和大功率傾角式皮帶運輸機的工作製動（dòng）和緊急製動，纜車和索纜起重

機驅動機構的製動，鑄造起重機等特種起重機起（qǐ）升（shēng）機構低速軸的(緊急)製動。

Application:

Hydraulic safety (emergency) brakes are high-power braking devices which can be wildly used as emergency safety brake

on low speed shafts for the lifting control and pitching mechanism of various large and middle crane、port handling

machinery. They are also applied for the same purpose for mine winder ,lifter ,elevators ,belt conveyers ,cable cars,

foundry and cable cranes and so on.

■常（cháng）閉式設計,可靠;特製碟簧施力製（zhì）動,需另配液壓（yā）驅動釋放裝置。

■動作靈敏，閉（bì）合(上（shàng）閘)時間短。

■可配有開（kāi）閘限位開關和襯墊磨損*限（xiàn）限位開（kāi）關，可（kě）進行聯鎖保護和故障（zhàng）顯示（shì）(采用PLC控

製時)。

■高性能無石棉硬質摩擦襯墊，摩擦係數穩定，不損傷製動盤且對水（shuǐ）介質和鹽霧(海水)不（bú）敏感。

■合理的密封結構設計和進（jìn）口名牌密封件。效果好、壽命長。

■安裝位置靈活，使用、調整、維護簡（jiǎn）單。

indication by PLC.
